Yash Dayal refused to mislead the woman with the promise of marriage

As mentioned by PTI, the writ petition by Yash Dell states, “… According to the FIR, it has been accepted by the informer that he was treated like a daughter-in-law by the petitioner’s parents, which means that the petitioner’s intention was never to cheat him …”

“However, it was the attitude of the victim that changed over time, and the petitioner felt that he would not be able to marry her; such as, he decided to end the relationship.”

In addition, RCB Pesar made explosive claims in his petition in the Allahabad High Court, sometimes denied any false promise of marriage. Yash claimed that his relationship was mutual and later became sour over time, not due to deception, but because of the woman’s own behavior.

In contrast, the woman had earlier filed an FIR in Ghaziabad, alleging that Dayal took advantage of her emotionally and physically after misleading her with a promise of fake marriage. The woman also said that she went into depression and even attempted suicide.

But Dayal said that the woman reached close to her after he was selected for ₹ 3.2 crore by the Titans of Gujarat, and she gained fame. “The victim saw it as an opportunity and came close to the petitioner,” the writ petition said.

The fast bowler also claimed that the woman was sending pictures of her suicide attempts often, causing him to fear and was emotionally trapped. Dayal said that he does not know how to handle the situation and denied any wrongdoing.
