Yograj Singh, father of legendary Indian cricketer Yuvraj Singh, revealed the shocking realities of his life at several points during his life. He said that the first such moment was when his first wife Shabnam and his son Yuvraj Singh left him.

The former cricketer’s father initially played cricket, then turned to coaching and then worked as an actor in Punjabi and Bollywood films, acting in over 200 films in his career. He has worked in films like Bhaag Milkha Bhaag.
Yograj Singh revealed the ongoing turmoil in his personal life
Yograj Singh, former Indian cricketer and father of legendary Indian all-rounder Yuvraj Singh, has dedicated his life to cricket and is mostly brought into the limelight for his fiery personality and unfiltered views on Indian cricket.
The former fast bowler has shown his emotional side for the first time and revealed how he has struggled with loneliness for years, and also revealed how he is “ready to die” and has nothing left in his life.
The turmoil is an open secret, as the 62-year-old often talked about the constant fights in his family and his son was the first to realize it. He also said in a recent interview that the biggest shock of his life came when his wife and son left him.
It should have happened to me, it happened for good,” shared Yograj Singh
Yograj Singh said, “When things came to such a stage that Yuvi and his mother left me, it gave me the biggest shock. The woman for whom I dedicated my entire life, my entire youth, could also leave me? A lot of things were destroyed like this.”
“I asked God why all this is happening even though I did everything right. I may have made some mistakes, but I am an innocent man; I did nothing bad to anyone. I cried before God, He pulled me out of that sea,” he broke down.
Yograj Singh said that he later got married for the second time, but that period also left him when life brought him back to the same situation from which he once wanted to escape.
“It was God’s play, which was written for me. There was a lot of anger and a feeling of revenge. Then cricket came into my life, stopped, fed cricket to Yuvi, he played and went away. Then I got married again, had two children, they also went to America.”
“A few films also released, time passed and I came back to where it all started. I was asking myself, “What did I do all this for? Is anyone with you now? It was supposed to happen to me, it happened for good,” he shared.
Singh also revealed his recent lonely evenings
When the interviewer asked how he spends his evenings with his current family, the former cricketer mentioned that he spends time completely alone, as there is no one with him at home.
“I sit alone in the evening and there is no one at home. I depend on strangers for food, sometimes on one person, sometimes on another. However, I do not bother anyone. If I am hungry someone brings food for me. I kept servants and cooks in the house; they would serve the food and go away.”
Yograj Singh finally said, “I love my mother, children, daughter-in-law, grandchildren and everyone in the family. But I don’t ask for anything. I am ready to die. My life is complete; God can take me with him whenever He wants. I am very grateful to God, I pray and He keeps on giving.”
