Ben Docket falls for 54 during the run-check
England got a big target of 374 runs to chase the Anderson-Tendulkar Trophy in the final innings of 2025, and the early pair of Zak Croly and Ben Docket started well.
It seemed that England would finish the day 3 without losing one wicket, but on the fifth ball of the last over, Mohammad Siraj cleaned Zak Croly with a deadly yorker as the three Lions ended with a score of 50 runs for 1 wicket.
4 days, Ben Docket once again started well, but faced vicious sledging in the middle as Shubman Gill & Co. was constantly tweeting.
Yashasvi Jaiswal, who is usually quite sweet, supported his comrades as he got close to the English batsmen and passed on some comments.
In particular, Jaiswal targeted Ben Docket, and when he played and missed Mohammad Sirj’s bowling, he approached the British and asked him to play some unconventional shots.
Sledging continuously served as a few moments by the Indian team, when Ben Docket fell into Prasad Krishna’s bowling for 54 off 83 balls. His wicket came at a significant turn for visitors as the star opening batsman has the ability to take the game away from protest and run his team to win his team.
Here is told how conversation between Yashsvi Jaiswal and Ben Docket came out:
Jaiswal: This is not your game, man! Show some shots. I want to see your reverse sweep. Why are you surviving?
Docket: Later.
Jaiswal: No meaning.

Yashasvi Jaiswal broke a wonderful century
Opener Jaiswal became the first Centurion of the fifth test between India and England as he slammed an epic 118 off 164 balls with 14 fours and 2 sixes. He played an important role posting a big score in his second innings with bat in India.
Former India cricketer Navjot Singh Sidhu was influenced by Jaiswal and showered rich praise on the young man.
“Yashasvi Jaiswal played a brilliant innings. If I compare all the openers in India, Gavaskar is at number one. But it was a phase where the Test matches were prepared, and you will do the storm.
“Sehwag brought a change in that approach. Jaiswal is now above greatness. It is now on it to maintain it and he is not a simple hundred. It terrorized the opposition. If he stays and plays or plays, he probably would not be a hundred. He reminds me of Matthew Hayden,” he said on his YouTube channel.
