After his brilliant innings in Edgbaston in the second Test, Jaiswal ran a major milestone of the 2000 International Test to 10th from the second Indian innings.
Yashasvi, who was just 23 years and 188 days, achieved this major milestone in his career, became the second youngest Indian batsman to reach a 2000 -run mark.
However, he is only behind the great Sachin Tendulkar, who was only 20 years old, 330 days old when he acquired a uniform milestone.
