Royal Challengers Bangalore (RCB) After winning the IPL 2025 title, fast bowler Yash Dayal has found himself into a serious controversy. A woman has filed an FIR against 27 -year -old in Uttar Pradesh, alleging mental, emotional and physical abuse on the pretext of marriage.
Before the IPL 2025 mega auction, with Virat Kohli and Silver Patidar, was one of the only three players made by the franchise. Left -handed pacer gave a decent performance in RCB’s first IPL title win. Dayal ended the season with 13 wickets in 15 matches on an average of 36.15.
Yash Dayal accused of physical violence and sexual harassment
According to India Today, she first approached the Women’s Helpline on 14 June, then filed a complaint through the online portal (IGRS) of the Chief Minister of Uttar Pradesh. In response, the CM’s office directed the Circle Officer of Indirapuram to submit a detailed report.

The Ghaziabad police has been given the July 21 deadline to work on the matter. In particular, the FIR said that the woman was in a relationship with Yash Dayal, during which she allegedly promised to marry but exploited her mentally and physically.
“For the last 5 years, the complainant was in a relationship with the cricketer. The man was emotional, mentally, and physically misled him with a promise of marriage,” cedar read (today through India).
“He introduced the complainant to his family and behaved like a husband, causing him to fully confident. When the complainant realized and opposed, he was subjected to physical violence and mental harassment. During the relationship, the complainant was also economically and emotionally exploited.”
The complainant wants justice through mental and socially distressed, CM’s office
The woman also revealed that Yash Dayal was involved in relations with many women. He said that the lack of action made him mentally and socially distressed, inspiring him to contact the Chief Minister’s Office in search of justice.
“Later, it was found that the man was also involved in similar false relations with other girls. On June 14, 2025, the complainant called the Women’s Helpline 181, but the process did not move forward to the police station. The complainant is mentally and socially distressed, and seeking justice through the Chief Minister’s office,” The statement continued.
The complainant says that he has chat records and photos as evidence
The complainant said that he has chats, screenshots, video call records and photographs that support his allegations against Yash Dayal. He urged the officials to conduct an inquiry and take legal action.
“He has chat records, screenshots, video calls and photos as evidence. It has been requested that a rapid investigation be done in this case and that legal action be taken against the person concerned. This step is not only important for him, but also for all girls who are victims of such fraudulent relationships.”
Yash Dayal, who last played for Royal Challengers Bangalore in the IPL 2025 season, has not issued a reaction to the allegations made against him.
Left -handed pacer has taken 41 wickets in 43 IPL matches, an average of 33.9 and the economy rate is 9.58. Dayal has not played for India in any international format.
