The Allahabad High Court has refused to give a lot of rest to Royal Challengers Bangalore (RCB) pace Yash Dayal regarding serious allegations of sexual exploitation. Yash Dayal moved to Allahabad High Court with the hope of stopping his arrest in the controversial case.
In a major relief for the RCB fast bowler, the Allahabad High Court has banned Dayal’s arrest in the case of alleged sexual exploitation for more than 5 years on the pretext of marriage. Dayal survived arrest till the next hearing date.
Yash Dayal gets temporary relief in case of sexual abuse
The High Court gave the RCB bowler a temporary relief by Justice Siddharth Verma and a bench of Justice Anil Kumar-X. The two-judge bench expressed strong doubts on the nature of the claims, saying, “You can be fooled for 1 day, 2 days, 3 days … but 5 years … You are entering a relationship for 5 years … One cannot be fooled for 5 years.”
