“Those poor guys, leave them alone, man. There are eight other people playing with them. Talk about them sometimes too. Focus on that too. It’s a team game.”

WV Raman said it is the duty of the team management to ensure that star players remain fit for the high-octane tournament. He also mentioned Harshit Rana, who returned to action after a long injury layoff.
WV Raman further added, “If he is not there, he will be missed. He can bring a lot to the table in the white-ball format. He seems to be constantly battling injuries and that is something that no one can do anything about.”
“But people can try and focus on a few individuals. For example, Harshit Rana. He is very promising and has given the impression that he can perform. But he also gets injured. So there is a need to work on some ways to reduce the incidence of injuries for him. Injury prevention is something that has to be focused on.”
