The cricket world was shocked by the unrealistic stumping done by Dhruv Jurel in the KKR vs RR IPL 2026 clash.
Cameron Green stepped out of his crease to attack the googly sent by Ravi Bishnoi. The ball spun quite far down the leg side, making it very difficult for the RR wicketkeeper to collect it cleanly. For a moment, Jurel didn’t even have a clear view.

Ravichandran Ashwin compared Dhruv Jurel’s magic not with MS Dhoni but with Dinesh Karthik
His Rajasthan Royals teammates and the crowd Eden Gardens Were stunned. Jurel’s efforts left the cricket world in awe of the young wicketkeeper. Legends like Sachin Tendulkar, Kevin Pietersen and Ravichandran Ashwin praised the Indian star for his remarkable efforts.

Rinku Singh gave victory to KKR after a lifeline.
After Green’s wicket, KKR were under pressure and RR were in control. But Rinku Singh’s missed catch proved to be very costly for the Royals. He made the most of his life against RR by scoring unbeaten 53 runs in 34 balls with the help of five fours and two sixes.
Rinku ended the match by hitting a six in the last over. Kolkata Knight Riders registered their first win in the ongoing IPL 2026 by defeating Rajasthan Royals by four wickets at the Eden Gardens. Despite the crushing defeat, RR remains at the third position in the points table with 8 points.
KKR, on the other hand, improved their position, pushing MI from 9th to 10th in the IPL 2026 points table. KKR will now face LSG in their next match in the tournament on April 26.
