The situation increased as a panelist even after controversial remarks. Former Pakistan cricketers Basit Ali and Kamran Akmal were also part of the discussion.
Pakistan lost six wickets in India in Super 4 Clash
Pakistan started the match against India on a positive note. Men in Green reached 91/1 in 10 overs. Sahibzada Farhan scored 58 runs, but he struggled to speed up after settling at the crease. Faheem Ashraf scored 20 off 8 balls, as Pakistan ended at 171/5 in 20 overs.
In response, Abhishek Sharma and Shubman Gill added the inaugural stand of 105 runs. Abhishek scored 74 runs in 39 balls while Gill scored 47 runs. His partnership allowed India to pursue the target comfortably despite losing some medium -order wickets.
Tilak Verma and Hardik Pandya ensured that the chase remained under control, sealed six wickets with seven balls. Abhishek won the Player of the Match Award. Pakistan will now focus on Wednesday to win against Sri Lanka in Abu Dhabi.
