Royal Challengers Bangalore (RCB) star Jitesh Sharma could be a big name in India, but it did not earn a free pass at Lord’s during the recently concluded third test between India and England.

The wicketkeeper-batsman found himself in an embarrassing position outside the stadium before he was saved by RCB mentor Dinesh Karthik.

After reaching the prestigious site in London, Jitesh Sharma was stopped at the entrance by security personnel. While the exact reason for this is not known, it seems that he had either did not have the required ticket or some other withdrawal issue.

Whatever the reason, the security personnel had no mood to enter the stadium for the security personnel. With the situation strange, Jitesh Sharma repeatedly explained his identity, but the security guard remained unmatched.

As a result, the RCB Star was quit to wait out with a large crowd. Soon, he saw Karthik, who is doing his business as a commentator in the ongoing series. Expecting help, Jitesh started calling Karthik, but the latter did not listen. Jitesh then made a phone call to Karthik, which then returned and resolved the issue.

Jitesh was last seen in action during the IPL this year. The right -handed batsman played an important role in RCB’s historic victory. In 15 matches, he scored 261 runs at a strike rate of over 175. During the tournament, he played several memorable knocks.

From his unbeaten 40 runs from just 19 balls, Nock helped RCB defeat Mumbai Indians at the Wankhed Stadium for the first time in a decade.

In the last league game of the RCB season, he scored 85 off just 33 balls against Lucknow Super Giants, helping his team score 228 runs and helped to seal a top-two finish. He also impressed in the final, scoring 24 runs off just 10 balls.

Talking about the third Test, England defeated India by 22 runs to take a 2–1 lead in the five-match series. Chasing 193 runs, India was out for 170. The fourth Test is to be played in Manchester from 23 July.
