In a big blow for Delhi, Virat Kohli has made himself unavailable for the next match of the ongoing Vijay Hazare Trophy 2025-26. After missing Delhi’s first two games in the tournament, there were expectations that Kohli might return for at least one more game.

But an ANI journalist revealed that Kohli will not return for Delhi’s next Vijay Hazare Trophy 2025-26 match against Railways in Bengaluru on January 6.

The possible reason behind the move could be national duty, as he is set to play in the upcoming three-match ODI series against New Zealand starting from January 11 in Vadodara.
