The Indian legend is a huge fan of Virat Kohli, who has supported him throughout his long career, but they have become toxic when a player has created trouble for their idol Virat Kohli. Same thing has now happened with Indian child talent Vaibhav Suryavanshi.
Royal Challengers Bangalore had not lost a game since the knockouts of the last edition of the IPL until they faced Rajasthan Royals at the ACA Stadium on Friday. Rajasthan Royals played their last match at this venue and have made a solid start to IPL 2026 with four consecutive wins.
Rajasthan Royals’ top three players are causing absolute havoc at any venue and against any opposition in this edition of the Tata IPL. Vaibhav Suryavanshi has been in the news a lot in all these games.
Happy with Vaibhav Suryavanshi’s innings, Virat Kohli congratulated him in a unique way.
Vaibhav Suryavanshi did not let the powerplay restrictions slip away after the early dismissal of Yashasvi Jaiswal in the game against Royal Challengers. Suryavanshi single-handedly hit the ball to all parts of the field.
He scored 78 runs in 26 balls and hit 15 fours at a huge strike rate of 300. He scored another half-century in 15 balls to help Royals score 97 runs in the powerplay.
After his innings when RR won the match, legendary cricketer Virat Kohli came to him and congratulated him for his great performance at the ACA Stadium in Guwahati. He congratulated him in further gestures where he signed a cap with a note of “Well done, Vaibhav” to inspire the young player.
Virat Kohli fans are targeting the young star of Rajasthan Royals
Talking about glory, the 15-year-old youngster from Bihar must have been inspired by watching Virat Kohli play as a great cricketer. When he was born, Kohli had won the World Cup for India in 2011.
Virat then went on to become the most inspirational talent for the youngsters who have watched Indian cricket in the last decade, where Kohli remained the absolute master in international cricket.
However, Kohli’s fans have not received a good reception for Vaibhav Suryavanshi defeating Virat Kohli’s team RCB. However, Kohli eventually caught him while diving and that’s when Kohli’s fans criticized him on social media.
They made trolling comments calling Kohli the real master, while some shamed the youngster.

15 year old boy scored a brilliant hat-trick innings Guwahati
Little did the 15-year-old know that it would be a night of triple glory for him as he got credit for his tremendous form in the match against the defending champions. Young Suryavanshi won the Player of the Match award for his brilliant innings.
However, what would have motivated him more would have been the special honor of appreciation from Kohli in the form of a signed RR cap. It seemed like a fanboy moment for the young cricketer. Finally, he also reached the top of the Orange Cap list after completing 200 runs in his 4 matches.
