Royal Challengers Bangalore (RCB) shared a funny video with Virat Kohli on their official social media account on February 27. Kohli was asked to choose a quality from various celebrities, including stars from different professions.
Apart from famous Hollywood singer Taylor Swift, Kohli was fascinated to hear other names which included Bollywood legend Shah Rukh Khan, World Cup-winning former Indian captain MS Dhoni, football icons Cristiano Ronaldo and Lionel Messi, WWE-famous, now Bollywood actor, Dwayne Johnson (The Rock), and none other than Indian cricket legend Sachin Tendulkar.
The RCB legend picked one particular quality among Shahrukh Khan, MS Dhoni, Cristiano Ronaldo, Lionel Messi and The Rock, but wanted every quality of Sachin Tendulkar. However the cricketer did not choose anything from Taylor Swift because he did not know about her.
Virat said about Taylor Swift, “I haven’t seen or heard her much, so I won’t be able to say anything.”

The Delhi-born picks out one quality each from the greats – Khan’s humility, Dhoni’s contentment, Cristiano Ronaldo’s discipline, Lionel Messi’s charismatic ability, Dwayne The Rock Johnson’s trademark eyebrows.

When he was asked about the great RCB and Team India batsman Sachin Tendulkar, he needed to remind himself to organize all his feelings towards this great batsman. Kohli said that he wants every quality of ‘Master Blaster’.
“Everything. The one thing I want is the lap shot. He is the first person who started lapping the spinners with such accuracy. It was effortless, never looked rushed. I am messy in playing those shots. So yes, smooth lap”, Kohli said about Sachin Tendulkar.
Modern cricket legend Virat Kohli is often compared with Sachin Tendulkar. Whenever Virat had to face comparison with Sachin, he kept Sachin ahead every time.
Virat had said in a previous discussion, “I will never consider myself a bigger player than Sachin Tendulkar, because I am not. He is great and no one can compare with him.”
When will Virat Kohli play his next match for Team India?
Meanwhile, Virat Kohli retired from T20I and Test cricket. He is now active only in the One Day International format. Team India will play its next ODI match in the series against England on 14th July. Starting mid-July, the Men in Blue will clash with the Three Lions for a three-match ODI series. This star batsman is expected to participate in the series.
Last time, Virat played for the national cricket team ahead of the ongoing T20 World Cup 2026, when New Zealand toured India for a series across multiple formats, including a 3-match ODI competition, where the former Indian captain had a stellar performance.
In the third match of the India vs New Zealand ODI series, the 37-year-old scored 124 runs, and in the first match of the bilateral series, he missed another century by just seven runs, being out for 93.
