Indian national cricket team’s batting superstar Virat Kohli has added another historic feat to his incredible career during the second ODI against the English national cricket team in Cardiff.
The Indian batting superstar has overtaken batting great Rahul Dravid to become the leading run-scorer for India across all formats in international cricket in England. Earlier, Shubman Gill was furious after Ben Duckett took a sharp catch in the second ODI against England.
Virat Kohli beats Rahul Dravid in England
After the dismissal of Indian captain Shubman Gill, Virat Kohli showed great intentions and achieved a big milestone after just a few shots. This powerful right-handed batsman broke Rahul Dravid’s record of becoming the highest run-scorer for England in international cricket.
Kohli now has 2,646* international runs across all three formats on English soil, while Dravid finished his career with 2,645 runs in England. Another Indian legend, Sachin Tendulkar, slipped to third place in the elite list with 2,626 international runs in England.
