India’s football icon Sunil Chhatri has recently opened his praise for cricket superstar Virat Kohli. Sunil Chhatri praised Virat Kohli’s tireless dedication and unmatched fitness amid controversy over his fitness tests in London.
Kohli has yet to investigate the BCCI’s Excellence of Excellence in Bangalore for compulsory presence fitness test despite stars like Rohit Sharma, Jasprit Bumrah, and Shubman Gill. In between, some reports suggested that Kohli conducted tests in London.

Sunil Chhatri said on Dasipal Podcast, “A few days ago, he (Kohli) was sending me a score of one of the tests he was doing. It is very intoxicated, and it is very good to know such people. The 41 -year -old footballer mentioned that it is rare to see athletes at the top and focus so intensely. Both Kohli and Ronaldo have set new benchmarks in their sports, not only through talent but by being hungry and committed every day.

BCCI faces backlash on special treatment for Virat Kohli
In particular, BCCI is subject to scanner after giving special treatment to Kohli. Critics are questioning why top players like Rohit Sharma, Shubman Gill, Jasprit Bumrah, Shardul Thakur and Mohammad Sirj had to travel to Bangalore for a fitness test, while Kohli got the luxury to be investigated in London.
