RR’s talented player Vaibhav Suryavanshi won all the awards in IPL 2026.

IPL 2026 concluded in a record-breaking season, as the season saw the highest number of runs scored in the history of the competition. This edition also includes the most number of fours and sixes hit in a single season of IPL. With a total of 65 200+ runs in the entire IPL season, this is the best season in terms of batting.

You can’t play every game with the same mentality: Vaibhav Suryavanshi

When asked about his fearless batting approach, Vaibhav Suryavanshi explained that if he feels he can hit a ball, it does not matter whether it is the first or second ball of the innings.

“Sir, I am not milking it right now. But yes, I just try to support my game. If I feel the first ball is in my zone and I can hit it, then I go all out and try to play the same way,” he said.

Vaibhav Suryavanshi also agreed with the fact that this season of IPL, especially those two playoff games, has taught him the importance of adjusting to difficult situations.

He said, “This season, I learned how to play in pressure situations and how to change my game according to the circumstances. You can’t play every game with the same mentality. You have to read the game situation and play as per the team’s requirement. I learned a lot about that, especially in the playoff games.”

I have to avoid injuries: Vaibhav Suryavanshi aims at fitness level, aims for longevity

The Rajasthan Royals opener has some major concerns regarding his fitness despite his young age. Although he never struggled on the field while batting, he did struggle while fielding for the team. Yet Suryavanshi aims for high fitness standards to take his game to the next level.

“I have to focus a lot on this because I want to play for a long time. I have to avoid injuries and things like that, so I have to work on my fitness and focus even more going forward,” the RR youngster said.

Vaibhav Suryavanshi talks about the amazing dressing room experience of Rajasthan Royals. He said, “Yes sir, everyone is very supportive, and everyone there supports me. All the senior players and support staff support me a lot, and I get to learn a lot because these players have performed at a very high level. So it is a really good environment.”
