Pakistan national cricket team resumed their ICC World Test Championship (WTC) 2025-27 campaign with an embarrassing series defeat to Bangladesh national cricket team. They have now slipped to eighth place in the ICC World Test Championship (WTC) 2025-27 points table.
Shan Masood-led Pakistan cricket team suffered a double shock as Bangladesh created history on May 20. After defeating Pakistan by 104 runs in the first Test, Bangladesh defeated Pakistan by 78 runs in the second Test and won the series 2-0 for the first time against the Men in Green on home soil.
