Left -handed India National cricket team star opening batsman Yashsvi Jaiswal made a notable knock in the fifth and final Test match of the series against the England National cricket team.

Yashasvi Jaiswal earned a large-scale praise from the cricket fraternity for his extraordinary innings at the Anderson-Tendulkar Trophy 2025 series Finale at Kennington Oval, London.

Yashasvi Jaiswal sensational century

The inaugural batsman Jaiswal emerged as the best batsman in the fifth Test match in London and slammed his sixth century in Test cricket.

Jaiswal did not have his best series on his tour of England, but switchs to his animal mode in his final innings and helped bring India to a dominant position.

He played an attacker brand of cricket on day 2, and his risk stroke helped him make fifty hits off 44 balls. Then, on day 3, Jaiswal tonged his view, but still batted with great confidence.

He continued to bat brilliantly and completed his century in the 51st over, which Paer Gus Atkinson bowled. Jaiswal arrived at three-Akara landmark off 127 balls and celebrated the milestone by blowing the flying kiss.

He eventually completed his innings with a score of 118 runs off 164 balls with 14 fours and 2 sixes, and the passion became quite different after falling from the tongue.

Sachin Tendulkar, Sanjay Manjrekar

The god of cricket, Sachin Tendulkar, took a rich praise on the left -handed batsman to show good courage and concentration. He said:

“100 outstanding by Yashsavi on a sports pitch tested courage and concentration. Akashdeep also batting with full numerals, heart and determination under pressure. Keep fighting, India.”

Meanwhile, Sanjay Manjrekar was impressed by Jaiswal, while Irfan Pathan labeled him as the most talented left hand to roam in Test cricket.

“160 and in Australia, a pair of the 80s in BGT, only the batsman, who took its form in that series. Now 2 hundreds in England! In the first Test, it is taking the form till the end. Sanjay Manjrekar said.

Irfan Pathan wrote, “Yashasvi Jaiswal, the most talented left -handed people are currently roaming in Test cricket. High pressure,” Irfan Pathan wrote.
