India U19 team’s dream shattered in Dubai disaster

Meanwhile, India’s chase completely failed due to immense pressure in the final of the U19 Asia Cup 2025. While chasing the huge target of 348 runs, Indian batsmen kept losing wickets continuously. They had a very poor start, with captain Ayush Mhatre getting out cheaply after scoring 2 runs, while Aaron George was out after scoring just 16 runs off 9 balls.

And then India lost its big wicket in the form of Vaibhav Suryavanshi (26), due to which Dubai’s batting collapsed badly. India slipped to 94 runs for 7 wickets in the summit clash against Pakistan. Khilan Patel showed some resistance, but lack of partnership and early collapse made things worse for him.
