Tim David took a fast running catch to dismiss dangerous looking Indian captain Suryakumar Yadav, but what happened after getting out seemed strange. David celebrated the wicket by doing obscene acts in front of the crowd.
Indian captain Suryakumar Yadav once again lost the toss against Australia’s Mitchell Marsh and his team was sent to bat first. Abhishek Sharma, who scores fast runs at the top of the batting order, was out early due to not being able to score runs quickly.
Tim David celebrated Suryakumar Yadav’s wicket in obscene licking style
Australian middle-order batsman Tim David has been kept busy by the Indian batsmen on the field. The ball finds David and he takes his second catch of the match. Indian captain Suryakumar Yadav became the victim of Xavier Bartlett in the last over of his spell.
Bartlett first bowled a slow back-of-length delivery to the Indian captain, who looked to be in a mood to hit it out of the park, having done so on a few balls earlier in the innings. Suryakumar swung hard and hit the ball towards mid-wicket, the ball was spinning here and there.
Tim David ran to his left and clipped the ball to the boundary as the ball almost slipped out of his grasp, but thanks to his long fingers he was able to catch the ball. The Indian captain was out after playing another useful innings of 20 runs in just 10 balls.
But what looked terrible during this period was that Tim David did an obscene act while celebrating the wicket, where he made a gesture of licking the ball in front of the crowd. There was no point in this celebration, as it appeared disgusting on screen.
