An unexpected but exciting moment in the middle of the Wankhede Stadium when Royal Challengers Bangalore (RCB) batsman Tim David expressed some doubt on the ball. The on-field umpires had to get involved in the matter to calm the batsman down.
After the second ball of the 18th over of the first innings, RCB batsmen Tim David and Jitesh Sharma were in the middle of the crease and David was trying to explain something by showing the ball.

While David was tossing the ball, an umpire was trying to pull it back, but David remained firm on his stance. After a while another umpire came in and resolved the matter. Former Mumbai Indians captain Rohit Sharma also walked into the batsman’s box and urged the umpires to intervene. After the match restarted, there was a short conversation between Sharma and David.
