Suryakumar Yadav predicted that the Indian women’s team would win Pakistan in their ICC Women’s World Cup 2025 Clash. The middle-order batsman said that blue women can expand their unbeaten streak against Pakistan 12–0 in women’s ODI during the ongoing tournament.
Women of India on Sunday, October 5, Colombo’s R. Pakistan’s women are taking women in the sixth match of World Cup 2025 at Premdasa Stadium. In Blue, women opened their campaign with a 59-run win over Sri Lanka, while Pakistan started with a seven-wicket defeat against Bangaldash.

Talking to Giastar, Suryakumar Yadav said that India-Pakistan rivalry is unilateral in women’s cricket. He expressed confidence that the team could expand its unbeaten line against Pakistan.
“Women’s cricket has been playing a separate brand of cricket in the last few years. They are actually performing well. But against Pakistan, if they continue and focus on this way, I am sure I am sure the mission 12–0 possible,” Yadav said.
The women of India have an unbeaten record against the women of Pakistan in Odis, who win all 11 encounters among the parties. In the ODI World Cup, India has won all four matches against Pakistan, including a win of 107 runs in Mount Manganui in the 2022 tournament.

Suryakumar Yadav said that the positive environment at the center of excellence has promoted the team’s confidence. He also highlighted the unilateral nature of Indo-Pakistan rivalry in women’s cricket, given that Pakistan has not given a significant challenge.
“I spoke to the captain a few days ago. The team is in good position, and the camp at the center of excellence has created a positive culture. When the mood is good, it naturally wins,” Yadav said.
“If you talk about rivalry, this happens when two teams play 12 games and the score is 6-6 or 7-5. But there is no 11–0 rivalry. Pakistan is not able to beat us in men or women’s cricket in recent times,” they said openly. “If women focus completely on their game, I am sure they can make it 12–0.”

Suryakumar Yadav predicted Deepti Sharma as a possible match winner against Pakistan. He said that if an all-rounder does not affect the bat, they can impress the game with the ball.
“I am a batsman, but I always feel that the role of an all-rounder in a team is very important. If an all-rounder cannot do it with the bat, he gets a chance to do so with the ball.”
“So, I think Deepti Sharma might be an ex-factor with the ball with the bat. And the rest, I would like everyone to contribute from the beginning to the end. But I am sure, according to me, Deepti Sharma can be the players of the match today.”
