Sreesanth of Pesar of former Team India shared a humorous memory by incorporating mythological captain and wicketkeeper-son MS Dhoni from his game days. Sreesanth also said that Dhoni helped him realize his ability as a captain and friend, but he said that he could not understand his ability.

Sreesanth was part of India’s World Cup winning squads under the captaincy of MS Dhoni in 2007 and 2011. He did not fully win his ability as a bowler, but showed his talent through memorable moments on the field. In 2011, Sreesanth played his last match for India before the match -fixing scam.

On Padamjeet Sehrawat, Sreesanth said, “There were a lot of girlfriends in those days, which he felt that I would catch a girlfriend from every land.”

“A captain, a friend who understood me that my ability could take me high, but you could not understand your ability,” he said.

The incident occurred during the 2010 Test match between India and New Zealand. MS Dhoni shouted at Sreesanth to go to his fielding, saying that his girlfriend was not present where she was standing.

Someone who really really handled him MS Dhoni – Robin Uthappa

Former India cricketer Robin Uthappa said that MS Dhoni S could handle S Sreesanth’s unexpected behavior. Uthappa revealed that Sreesanth argued with Dhoni about a run-out at the end of a non-scientist during a match against Australia in Hyderabad.

“It was just after the World Cup, and we were playing Australia in Hyderabad. And I think it was either Andrew Symonds, who took backup,” Uthappa said in a recent episode of YouTube show ‘Wake Up with Sorabh’.

“And then Mr. (Sreesanth) stopped, closed the stumps and ‘how is that? How is it?’ So Ms. ran away from there, pulled her and said ‘Just Go Bowl Bro’.

Still turned out to be a dangerous bowler

Robin Uthappa recalled that he, Sreesanth, and Gautam Gambhir handled Sledging in matches against Australia, while the rest of the team acted as “gentlemen”.

He also said that Sreesanth’s outwinger and bowling action are India’s best. Uthappa said that Sreesanth currently bowls around 125 km/h and with regular practice and discipline, there can be a threat of a malignant bowling.

Uthappa said, “He will now be bowling at a speed of about 125 kilometers per hour, if he can keep his discipline and work on his bowling, he can build his speed in the 130s and still become a dangerous bowler.”

Sreesanth made his international debut under Rahul Dravid in 2005, but was successful under MS Dhoni. He recorded 6/122 figures in a Test match against Sri Lanka in Kanpur in 2009. Pasar defeated India in Durban and took 3 wickets in the second innings, defeating series 1–1 in 2010 to take 3 wickets.
