Akash reached its first Test Half-Sinnury during the morning session on 3 (Saturday, 2 August) on the fifth Test against England at Deep Oval. After reaching the milestone, the batsman was lost in the celebration, and Gautam Gambhir, Shubman Gill and Ravindra Jadeja’s reactions quickly went viral.
India resumed for 3 at 75 on the day of the last Test. Akash Deep thanks to the umpire’s call, Josh survived a close LBW appeal from the tongue. The pair put up an important half-century stand together, helping India to increase the 100-run mark in the closing of the Anderson-Tendulkar Trophy.

Akash Deep reached its first Test half century off the third ball of the 38th over in India’s second innings. The batsman broke a border with Atkinson, pumped his fist, and proudly pointed India’s badge to his chest as the dressing room gave him a standing ovation.

Shubman Gill came out for the balcony to make her happy. Ravindra Jadeja and Gill urged Akash to urge them to remove their helmets, usually a gesture reserved for centuries, but the nightwatchman chose it to keep it.
Akash’s unexpected contribution with the bat, especially batting at number 4, praised Gautam Gambhir, who was seen smiling. His gritty knock came as a surprise, England not with the ball, but with the bat in hand.

Akash deep first enters record books with Test Fifty
Akash Deep broke several records with his knock. The right -handed batsman became the first Indian nightwatchman after Amit Mishra in 2011, scoring fifty in a Test innings. In particular, both tricks came to the oval. The half -century was also the highest score of Akash in first -class cricket.
Akash also opened his name in history books, which became only third Indian to register both 10-cicat races and more than 50 scores in a foreign test chain. He is the first person to achieve this achievement in an army country (South Africa, England, New Zealand, Australia).
