India, led by Suryakumar Yadav, is set to take Pakistan in the Super 4 stage of the Asia Cup 2025 at the Dubai International Cricket Stadium on 21 September, Sunday. Suryakumar talked about how he manages the noise and pressure coming with the game of India-Pakistan, which leaves those who report in Splits.
India avoided joining hands with Pakistan players before and after their struggle. Pakistan captain Salman Ali Aga boycotted the post -match presentation. The Pakistan Cricket Board (PCB) also filed complaints against the ICC match referee Andy Pycroft, accusing him of failing to maintain the spirit of the game.

Beyond the India-Pakistan Super 4 Clash, Suryakumar Yadav shared his approach to block external pressure. He admitted that it is not always easy to ignore the noise, especially when players meet friends or go out for dinner.
“Close your room, close your phone, and get sleep. I think it’s best. It’s easy to say, but sometimes it is difficult because you meet a lot of friends, you go out for dinner, and you also have a lot of players who like to see all these things, so it’s very difficult,” Suryakumar Yadav said.

Suryakumar Yadav emphasized that the players should focus on useful advice, ignoring the distractions. He said that taking creative input helps in performance. The Indian captain said that the team is in a positive mindset before the struggle of Pakistan.
“But then it’s on you what you want to hear, what you want to do in your mind, and go ahead and keep a practice session or go ahead and play a game. But I have become very clear with all the boys, I think it is very important in this tournament and want to move forward, we have to make a lot of noise and what is good.”

India won 21 runs over Oman in the final group stage match
Oman challenged India a competitive challenge at its first international meeting. Team India succeeded in posting a total of 188/8 in 20 overs after winning the toss. The Indian batting lineup struggled, only Sanju Samson crossed the 50 -run mark.
In response, captain Jatinder Singh and Aamir Kalem added an initial 56 -run partnership to lay a foundation for Oman. Kalim and Hammad Mirza later added a 93 -run partnership, keeping India under pressure despite their better experience.
Indian bowlers caught their nerves in the final overs. Arshdeep Singh, Hardik Pandya, Kuldeep Yadav, and Harshit Rana each took one wicket. In Blue, men won 21 runs and made a possible harassment. India won all three matches, while Oman ended the campaign without winning.
