The Asian Cricket Council (ACC) is considering disciplinary action against Indian players led by Suryakumar Yadav, when he refused to join hands with the Pakistan team in the Asia Cup 2025. ACC can take action against players, and a fine or other penalty may be imposed after the review is completed.

Suryakumar scored an unbeaten 47 off 37 balls with the help of five borders and one maximum in the match against Pakistan. The Indian captain chased Sufiyan Mukim with a match winning the match at midwicket. In particular, it was also the first T20i score above 15 runs this year.
