India captain Suryakumar Yadav has argued ‘Not Doshi’ in ICC hearing in Dubai after filing a complaint against him for his post -match comments on 14 September.
After the star batsman’s comments, India took Pakistan seven wickets in the ongoing Asia Cup 2025 group stage match.
India vs Pakistan stress moves high
Speaking at the performance after the match, Suryakumar Yadav expressed solidarity with the armed forces and dedicated the victory to the victims of the Pahalgam terror attack.
“The right opportunity, we take time out, we stand by the families of the victims of the Pahalgam terror attack. We express our solidarity … I want to dedicate all our armed forces to victory, who showed a lot of bravery,” Surkumar Yadav said during the presentation after the match.
Apart from the comments, Suryakumar also decided against joining hands with his Pakistani counterpart Salman Aga in the toss. The entire Indian team also joined hands with Pakistan at the end of the match, causing PCB to become furious.

The PCB threatened to get out of the tournament, if the match referee Andy Picroft was not removed. However, his demand was turned down by the ICC. After targeting Pycroft, the PCB decided to complain against Suryakumar for his comments.
Suryakumar Yadav not guilty
The ICC hearing took place in Dubai on Thursday (25 September). The hearing included Suryakumar, match referee Richie Richardson, as well as representatives of BCCI and PCB.
From BCCI, CEO Hemang Amin and the team’s cricket operations manager Sumit Mallapurkar attended the hearing.
Sources in the BCCI quoted the Indian Express, “Surya informed the ICC hearing panel that he is not guilty, and he has not made any statement against the rules. The decision will come tomorrow.”
ICC today to announce the decision
The ICC will announce a hearing decision on Friday. Meanwhile, BCCI has filed a complaint against Pakistani couple Sahibzada Farhan and Haris for their stimulating gestures during the Super 4S match between India and Pakistan.
The complaint has been forwarded to match the referee Andy Picroft. The hearing is going to be held on Friday.
