Sri Lanka has announced a 19-member team for the second Test match against Bangladesh, which is scheduled to take place in Colombo from 25 to 29 July at Sinhalee Sports Club Ground. The selection committee has made two changes in the squad which played the first Test match, which ended in a draw.

The World Fernando, with 27 tests and 79 wickets, brings valuable experience to the squad. The situation in Colombo is expected to be in favor of seam bowling in the match.

What happened in the first test between Sri Lanka and Bangladesh?
