Indian Captain Shubman Gill was seen abusing England opener Zak Crolly for later while ruining the third Test day at Lord’s. Things became hot when the hosts came to Lords to bat in the minutes of the third day’s game.
There was nothing to separate India and England when the two teams completed the first innings of the match. The score of both teams was at 387/10 after the first innings as the only 9th event in the history of Test cricket.
In the last session of the day, India’s tail could not capitalize on the top order and mid -order to capitalize on the good batting performance. Soon after Ravindra Jadeja’s wicket, the batting collapsed, and the visitors could only manage to level the hosts.

When England went out to bat, 2 overs cricket was possible within the stipulated time. However, England openers, Zak Crolly and Ben Docket, did not want that, seeing that India’s new ball bowlers have done well against England in the recent series.
Therefore, Zak Crolly went on strike as Jaspreet Bumrah came to bowl in 1 over of the innings. However, after every ball, Crolly began to take time to take his guard, initially angered Bumrah and the Indian Fielding Unit.
However, things went very far when Croli called in the physio when just 2 balls were left to finish. Jaspreet Bumrah hit Croly on his glove, and Crolye indicated to the physical strategy.
Shubman Gill lost his cool in Zak Croly
This angered the Indian captain, Shubman Gill and the entire fielding unit. Shubman Gill, who was placed in the slip area, ran away to Zak Croly and hit the English opener with a mouth. Soon, all Indian colleagues also joined.
Things were spoiled as the umpires had to separate England openers, Crowlie and Docket, who were going to their Indian opponents. The Indian Fielding Unit also ensured that they gave it back, Captain Shubman Gill and Mohammad Sirj threw oral attacks.
Eventually, there were no casualties for the England cricket team, as they went to day 3 with a score of 2/0. Ben Docket has not faced a ball in the second innings, and things can be even more hot, given the current position of the IND vs Eng Test series.
However, Indian captain Shubman Gill has made more than clarifying with his actions that it is not going to walk in the park for the hosts with his batting and captaincy.
Currently, the series is at 1–1 level with everyone to play in the next few days in Lord’s Test. However, the way this Lord’s pitch has behaved so far is not extremely likely that a result can be produced in the general course of the game.
But cricket, as they say, is a fun game. If the weather comes in the game or on one side there is a dramatic batting collapse, we can still see the result. No one should forget that it was God where Virat Kohli’s Team India gave hell to England on 60 overs on the last day of testing in 2021 and won it.
Now, years later, Shubman Gill holds the reign of this new Indian test team. Along with the bat, Shubman Gill has already broken a pile of records and with the aggression being clear on the filed, he shows that he or this Fiesty is not a sign of stopping the Indian team.
