Hanuma Vihari said on his YouTube channel, “Shubman Gill is a player who is in great form. He has matched Kohli innings innings. He will try to show that I am the boss here and he is that kind of player. The battle of Prince vs King is worth watching. The team which bats better in the power play will have the advantage in winning this game.”
Virat could be the pace adjuster tonight
Hanuma Vihari’s point makes sense as the 26-year-old GT captain and opening batsman has been in good form. Shubman Gill has so far scored 616 runs in 13 matches at an average of 47.38 and strike rate of 161.67, which includes six half-centuries. He scored three half-centuries in the last five matches.
Virat Kohli is one of those batsmen who has made a name for himself by performing well in many pressure situations. There will be pressure on Dharamshala tonight as they will have to bowl to explosive fast bowlers like Mohammed Siraj and Kagiso Rabada.
