India National Cricket Team Test Captain Shubman Gill is doing some magic in the second Test match against the England National Cricket Team.
Shubman Gill has been at a record-breaking spree, and now he has broken the 54-year-old record of batting veteran Sunil Gavaskar for most runs by the Indian batsman in a Test match.

Shubman Gill hit a historic double ton and a tonne in a single match
Gill has performed a sheer class in the match against three Lions and batted with his full capacity. He has got good help from batting -friendly pitch and has benefited the most.
In the first innings, Gill maintained the run and saw invincible. His control percentage with BAT was the best among the batsmen who have played in England in the last three decades.
Shubman Gill slammed a historic 269 runs off 387 balls, with 30 fours and 3 sixes. He started very slowly in the match, but eventually completed his innings with a strike rate of 69.50.
In the second innings, Gill once again looked under total control and hit his fifty in a century off 57 balls and 129 balls. He eventually ended with a score of 161 runs off 162 balls with 14 fours and 8 sixes.
Shubman Gill became the first Indian to score 400 runs in a Test match
Gill has made history with his incredible performance with the bat in the ongoing Test match in Birmingham and broke several records. He has become the first Indian and only fifth man to score 400 runs in a match after Graham Gooch, Mark Taylor, Kumar Sangakkara and Brian Lara.
The first Indian captain of the right hand has become the first Indian captain to score more than 300 runs in a Test match and has the most runs in the first Test series as captain for India.
In addition, he has become only the second Indian batsman after Sunil Gavaskar and is in a total ninth place to register a dual century and a century in the same test. This is only the second time that such an achievement has been achieved in a Test match in England.
After Rahul Dravid (305) and Sachin Tendulkar (301), Gill is just the third Asian batsman to score 300-Plus runs in an army countries, and has also become the second player to record three hundreds of tests in his first two tests as captain after Virat Kohli.
