Mike Hessen should be questioned – Shoaib Akhtar
Speaking on the TV show game on HAI, Shoaib Akhtar said that there are flaws in both batting and bowling in Pakistan. Akhtar said that coach Mike Hessen should be questioned for the absence of Babar Azam and Mohammad Rizwan. He also said that Pakistan’s bowling attack was lacking.
“You have to understand that the quality of batting is not yet. There is a lack of skills. Either you shout slogans or you stop. Earlier, we had players who used to play defensively [Babar Azam and Mohammad Rizwan]We threw them out. Now we have a hitter. Honestly, whatever is, it is international cricket. What kind of shots are you playing? Even the coach should be questioned, ”said Akhtar.
He said, “Your bowling lineup was also not enough. Even though the target was 200, India could also chase it,” he said.
Fakhar Zaman was not out – Shoaib Akhtar slammed the third umpire
Shoaib Akhtar also criticized umpiring during the match. He said that the dismissal of the opener Fakhar Zaman was wrong and said that the batsman should have been given the benefit of doubt. Akhtar said that the umpire failed to assess the available camera angles.
“Fakhar was not out. He should have benefited the benefit of doubt … he [umpire] Can not see the angle from here. Why can’t he see an angle? There are 26 cameras, yet no angle is visible. He saw two angles and made his decision. ,
“In one, it seemed to hit the front. The match would have changed if the match had played Fakhar. Overall, I did not get the level of umpiring, especially third umpiring, satisfactory. It clearly seems that the ball is down,” Shoaib Akhtar said.
Sanju Samson caught luxurious to dismiss Fakhar Zaman
Fakhar Zaman was rejected in the third over of Pakistan’s innings. He offered an off-cut to wicketkeeper Sanju Samson from Hardik Pandya. After reviewing several angles, the third umpire dropped him out, making the batsman disappointed as he went back to the pavilion.
Prior to his dismissal, Zaman seemed dangerous, colliding with the top Indian bowlers, including Jasprit Bumrah. Pakistan scored 23 runs in the first 15 balls. His early companions, Sahibzada Farhan, scored a half -century, which helped Pakistan a total of 172.
During the chase, openers Abhishek Sharma and Shubman Gill destroyed Pakistan bowlers with a 105 -run partnership. Tilak Verma then completed the innings, directing India to win six wickets with seven balls. Meanwhile, Pakistan should win two matches to remain in controversy for the final.
