Shoaib Akhtar slam India to join hands after Asia Cup Clash
Shoaib Akhtar shared his views when India refused to join hands with Pakistan players Asia Cup Conflict. The former fast bowler said that cricket should not be pulled into political issues and the players were urged to showcase sportsmanship.

Pakistan captain Salman Ali Aga Left the presentation ceremony. Shoaib Akhtar supported his decision and said that the captain did the right thing by staying away.
Akhtar said, “Salman Ali Agha was thickened, that Nahi Gaya Post Match Meen, Good (Salman Ali Aga did the right thing, he did not go to the afternoon ceremony, good),” Akhtar said.
Earlier, Suryakumar Yadav avoided customary handshake in the toss before the match. The two leaders did not exchange greetings despite crossing the road.
Pakistan is facing Pakistan in its final group-off competition of Asia Cup 2025 at Dubai International Cricket Stadium on Wednesday, 17 September.
