Timely strike for Rajasthan Royals (RR). The team’s experienced bowler Sandeep Sharma surprised Royal Challengers Bangalore (RCB) captain Rajat Patidar.
In the final moments of the first innings, when the batting side was looking to accelerate the run rate with the help of its captain Rajat Patidar, Sandeep Sharma gave the red signal. Rajat Patidar, well set in the middle order, was out after scoring 63 runs in 40 balls.
Now Sandeep Sharma got the wicket of RCB captain Rajat Patidar.
Sandeep Sharma’s full-length leg cutter did the trick for Rajasthan Royals. The batsman cleared his front to hit the ball away for a big shot, but could not place the bat properly under the ball. They produced height but not distance. Donovan Ferreira takes a catch at deep midwicket.
