But the Pakistan captain admitted that there are still major areas that they need to fix, especially their batting in the middle overs. He had a strong start, but then the flow of runs against the UAE slowed down, which has recently raised the concerns of the disturbing middle-order.
However, Salman believes that if Pakistan can tighten its medium-overs view, he has a firepower after 170–180 runs on the board, which can change the tide in big matches.
Aga further said, “We got work, but we still need to bat better in the middle overs. I think what is for us for some sports now. We need to see it on it.”
“We haven’t batted our best yet, but we are still looking for a way to score around 150. If we bat well in the middle over, we will probably score 170-180, no matter which team we are playing against. So yes, mid-over, if we bat well, we will be very good.”
