In a poignant open letter to his fans, Royal Challengers Bangalore (RCB) Earlier this year, after the tragic stampede in June, he broke its three -month silence. The franchise showed that his absence from social media was not due to lack of care, but a period of intensive grief and reflection.
Three months of silence lies in sorrow and reflection
In a post XRCB shared that it had been almost three months since his final update. The franchise reported that silence was not due to absence but due to the period of grief. Once full of energy, memories and nourished moments, everything changed on June 4, one day that broke the heart. The team said there was a way to catch silence, while they were unhappy, reflected and learned.
“It is close to three months ever since we posted here for the last time. The silence was not absent. It was a sorrow. This place was once filled with energy, memories and moments that you enjoyed the most. But everything was changed on June 4. That day has broken our hearts, and we have been doing anything since then. The letter states.
The franchise vows to move forward with fans after June tragedy
RCB has returned to social media, announcing its return with a message of care, not a celebration. The team is committed to standing with its fans and moving together, strengthening its promise to always be the pride of Karnataka. More information will be shared soon.
“We return to this place today, not with celebration, but with care. To share. To stand with you. To move forward. Together. To continue the pride of Karnataka. RCB cares. And we will always make more details soon …” The letter added.
RCB won its first IPL title by defeating Punjab Kings (PBK) At Narendra Modi Stadium on 3 June. However, the festival became very sad the next day as 11 people lost their lives Victory ceremony in a stampede M. Outside the Chinnaswamy Stadium.
