West Indies captain Roston Chase criticized the third umpire Adrian Holdstock for controversial decisions during the first test of the ongoing series against Australia at Barbados. Chase said that many suspicious calls were sent against his team, which despite giving all their players to be disappointed.

Roston Chase called for accountability in umpiring after the first Test match. He said that the team had done well to dismiss Australia for a minor clan and was in a competitive position. However, he said that the suspicious decisions went against the West Indies throughout the match.
