“If things go right, I will have at least four to five players representing India in the coming decade. I have some top possibilities in the academy, which is the future of all. I do not want to name any name, but some of these children have excellent skills even at this tender age.”

Rohit Sharma is widely considered as India’s most successful ODI captain, which won the team 42 wins in 56 matches, 75% winning rates, at least 10 matches in Indian skippers.

Lad is referring to young cricketers between 9 and 12 years of age from Maharashtra, Karnataka and other states. His academy promotes inclusion, supports girls from areas such as Maharashtra, Gujarat and Andhra Pradesh, ensuring that financial or geographical barriers do not limit opportunities.
