Former Indian captain Rohit Sharma returned to Australia and played two of the most memorable innings of his career on Australian soil. After scoring a century in Sydney to seal the win, Rohit made it clear that this could be the end of his and Virat Kohli’s international chapter on Australian soil.

India played their final match in the ODI series, and Rohit Sharma and Virat Kohli will once again be kept out of action for about a month, with their return expected in the home ODI series against South Africa. Rohit Sharma will carry forward his legacy from the Australia tour.

Rohit Sharma, considered one of the greatest batsmen for India in the 50-over format, is now the third highest run-scorer for India in this format, surpassing Sourav Ganguly. Rohit recently scored his 33rd century and emerged as the highest run scorer for India in the series.
