Team India’s wicketkeeper-son Rishabh Pant questioned the field umpire Chris Gaffaini on the ball change on 3 of the first Test against England in Headingly. However, the umpire dismissed the complaint about the ball’s position, which caused disappointment for Pant during the early session of the day.
India had an initial success on 3 of the first Test in Headingly as Pesar Prasad Krishna rejected Oli Pope in the third morning. Prasad gave a small and wide ball outside. The Pope tried a cut, but reached Rishabh Pant to the ground, which completed a clean hold behind the stump.
