The Asia Cup 2025 final between India and Pakistan has turned into another controversy even after the on-field operation in Dubai ended on September 28, Tanveer Ahmed claimed that the toss was completely decided. India defeated Pakistan by five wickets in the final.
The former Pakistani cricketer claimed that the Toss was manipulated in the final of the High-Stek Asia Cup 2025. Tanveer has said that Indian captain Suryakumar Yadav went far ahead before throwing the coin, a clear indication that he would bowl first in Dubai.

He further said that Pakistan captain Salman Ali Aga and match referee Richiedson looked unknown, failing to notice any manipulation. Tanveer said that the video clearly shows that the toss was fixed in the final, and the BCCI was clearly involved in it.

In a video shared by Tok Sports on X, Tanveer Ahmed said, “100%, the toss was fixed in the final. I am saying this because when the toss was made and the coin was thrown, Richie Richardson was going towards the coin. He was not even looking at the coin.”

In addition, the former Pakistani cricketer has stated that the cameras did not clearly show the coin, making it impossible to see if it is a head or tail. He said that before the toss, Suryakumar proceeded and chose bowling, increasing doubt about the fairness of the process.
Tanveer also mentioned how Richie Richardson immediately left the stadium after the final ended, causing doubt about his participation in fixing. Meanwhile, he has openly claimed that all the rules of the International Cricket Council (ICC) are under the control of BCCI.

He also criticized the ICC, saying that it is being run as an expansion of Indian administration and politics and corruption have ruined the spirit of the game, called the Asia Cup 2025 unfair.
