Out-of-Favor India batsman Prithvi Shaw has been fined by the court in a case of a tampering. The right -handed batsmen got into legal trouble in 2023 after a case of a molestation against him by Gill, a social media affected.
Prithvi Shad denied the allegations against him at that time. Gill alleged that the batsman molested him in a pub in suburban Andheri.

The social media affected was arrested in February 2023 along with some others, in connection with the attack on Prithvi Shaw after the argument of clicking on a selfie at a suburban hotel. At that time a video of change on social media went viral,

Gill was later granted bail, before contacting the airport police station in Andheri, with a complaint for alleged molestation and outrage against the batsman, his friend Ashish Yadav, and others. Gill went to the magistrate court after the police did not register a case against the cricketer,
According to media reports, he sought a registration of an FIR under IPC section 354 (molestation), 509 (Word, gesture, or an act that intends to insult a woman’s humility), and 324 (voluntarily hurts with dangerous weapons or means) against Prithvi Shaw and his friend Ashish Yadav.

Prithvi Shaw fined court
In relation to the same tampering case, the Mumbai session court has imposed a 100 token cost fine on the cricketer. Shaw has been fined for failing to submit his answer in the case of molestation.
The court has also given Prithvi Shaw another opportunity to respond to Gill’s criminal amendment petition, which challenges the earlier decision of a magistrate court,
Judge SM Agarkar saw, “The previous chance was given at the previous date. Yet another chance has been given for Rs 100 for a cost of Rs. 100”.
On the other hand, Gill’s lawyer said, “Despite being called on several occasions, his lawyers keep demanding an excuse or adjournment with someone else.”
Shaw’s struggle continues on and out on the field
Meanwhile, Shaw’s international career is currently completely away from the track. He has not represented India in any format since 2021. Along with domestic cricket, things have not gone well for him in IPL.
Last year, he did not get any deal from any IPL organization and was also dropped from the Mumbai team for his poor performance and fitness.
