Both Harshit Rana and Varun Chakraborty could not play in the T20 match against England on July 11 due to injuries. India suffered an injury blow just days before the 3-match ODI series between India and England.

To replace Harshit and Varun, the men’s selection committee has named Prince Yadav and Ravi Bishnoi as replacements for the ODI and T20 squads respectively.
BCCI has named Prince Yadav and Ravi Bishnoi in place of Harshit Rana and Varun Chakraborty.
On Sunday, the Board of Control for Cricket in India (BCCI) released an official statement on its website, saying that seam-bowling all-rounder Harshit Rana complained of sudden discomfort in his right hamstring during the third T20I against England at Trent Bridge.

Later, medical scans revealed that the fast bowler has suffered a Grade 1 hamstring injury, while spinner Varun Chakravarthy is out of action with a Grade 2 hamstring injury. Harshit Rana was scheduled to participate in the upcoming ODI series against England. Due to injury he will not be able to participate in it.
In place of Harshit, rising fast bowler Prince Yadav, who made his debut for India against Ireland on the current UK tour, has been named in the squad. On the other hand, Ravi Bishnoi, who scored 29 against England in the second T20I of the recently concluded series, will join the squad for the T20I series against Zimbabwe.
