Lancashire’s opener approves bat-size allegations
However, Phil Salat claimed that the Lancashire Match Bat was used by him on several previous occasions as well as for RCB in the IPL.
The allegations related to the possible violations of ECB instructions 3.2 and 3.3 were approved by the anti -corruption unit (ACU) of the Cricket Regulatory. After the testing process by the cricket regulator, the bat was found to not violate the rules in any way.

Phil Salat made his debut in the first IPL for Delhi capitals in 2023. The capitals picked up salt, where they played 9 games and scored 218 runs. He played for Kolkata Knight Riders in the next season and scored a highly successful inauguration pairing with Sunil Narin, where he scored 435 runs and won the title with knights.
His latest season came with Royal Challengers Bangalore in IPL 2025, planting him for a huge INR 11.5 crore. Salt’s incredibility is 175.98 in his career strike rate, very good for the top-order batsman.
After playing an important role in guiding RCB for his first title, salt is also dominated with its purple patch in the Vitality T20 blast. Salt has shown two matches in the Vitality T20 blast this season, as he scored 124 runs in 2 games with an average of 62.00 with more than 150 strike rates.
