In a recent post by former Pakistani woman cricketer Sana Mir, she got into disagreement with the Pakistan Cricket Board (PCB). The PCB replied, calling the post wrong.

Sana Mir’s wrong information was improved by PCB
A PCB spokesperson claimed that the former Pakistani captain also claimed in his social media post that the domestic 50 overs tournament would be held at the same time when the ICC Women’s ODI World Cup 2025.
However, this is the place where PCB differs in his opinion with a former cricketer, as he shared the facts with him. The ICC Women’s Cricket World Cup is scheduled to end on 2 November, while the national woman one -day tournament is scheduled to be held in Karachi from 10 November.

The Pakistan Cricket Board said, “The Pakistan Cricket Board (PCB) has responded to a social media post by former female cricketer Sana Mir, calling it factually wrong. The board insisted that Sana Mir should verify his facts before making public comments,” Pakistan Cricket Board said.

PCB starts preparing for the upcoming World Cup
As far as the preparation of the upcoming ICC Women’s Cricket World Cup is concerned, PCB has also provided a major update on it.
He has allegedly launched a 25-day fitness and skill camp in Karachi, including several exercises played in the 50-over format. The game will be focused on the game after the return of the squad from his visit to Ireland on 12 August.
He has also set a 3-match home ODI series against Proteas women, which is scheduled to begin on 25 August. After the conclusion of the series, they will undergo some rigorous training and also play warm-up games against Sri Lanka and Sri Lanka A, to improve their skills before more than 50 World Cups.
