The much-awaited wedding of Indian women’s cricket team star Smriti Mandhana and musician Palash Muchhal has taken an unexpected and emotional turn. They were supposed to become husband and wife on November 23, but unfortunately, their wedding got postponed due to illness and medical emergency.
Everything was all set for the biggest celebrity wedding of the month, but hours before the ceremony, Smriti Mandhana’s father Srinivas Mandhana fell seriously ill and had to be taken to a hospital in Sangli, the India vice-captain’s hometown.
Medical emergency is the reason behind postponement of Smriti Mandhana’s wedding with Palash Muchhal.
As the relatives tried to recover from the shock, another blow hit the family and this time, groom Palash’s health also deteriorated, due to which he too had to be admitted to the hospital. Later, the musician was shifted to a hospital in Mumbai for a week for better recovery.

No new date for Smriti and Palash’s wedding has been announced yet, leading to rumors about their relationship status. There were also rumors that Palash cheated on the cricketer, as she had deleted all the posts related to her wedding rituals with the musician on social media.
