The Pakistan Cricket Board (PCB) on Friday unveiled an action-pack international program for the women’s national team for the 2025-26 season. Pakistan will host South Africa for an ODI series of three matches in September, which will serve as an important construction for the ICC Women’s ODI World Cup 2025.
Women in Green will play all their matches in Sri Lanka, including a knockout in Sri Lanka due to political tension with India. The Home Series will help Pakistan finalize its team combination before the ODI World Cup in Colombo, where they are set to play seven league matches between 2 to 24 October.
Pakistan Women’s ODI to host South Africa beyond 2025 ahead of 2025
Women in Green have been designed to kick their 2025–26 international season with a three-match T20I series against Ireland in Dublin in early August. After the series, they will host South Africa for the three -match ODI series.

According to the schedule, three matches will be played in Lahore on 16, 19 and 22 September respectively. This series will serve as important preparations ahead of the ICC Women’s ODI World Cup.
After the home series, they will travel to Sri Lanka for the Marki tournament, where they are slapped to play all their league matches. If they qualify for knockout, they will play semi -finals and finals in Colombo on 29 October and 2 November respectively.
Pakistan Women’s Team 2026 ICC to focus on Women’s T20 World Cup
After the 2025 ODI World Cup, Pakistan’s women’s team will focus on the 2026 ICC Women’s T20 World Cup in England, which is scheduled from 12 June to 5 July.
They will start preparations with a tour of South Africa from 7 February to 2 March, where they will play three ODIs as part of their ICC Women’s Championship 2025-29 campaign with three T20s.
Pakistan will host Zimbabwe for a six-match white-chain characterized by three Odis and three T20Is from April 24 to May 11. Next to the tournament, he will travel to Ireland for a Tri-Nation T20C series involving the host and the West Indies, which will be his final outing before the World Cup.

Rafia Haider, head of women’s cricket, said that the international program has been planned to help in the creation of players and build confidence to contribute to the overall success of the team as strategically.
“The upcoming season is important, such as the ICC Women’s Cricket World Cup and the ICC Women’s T20 World Cup Horizon with major events.”
Rafia Haider said, “Our international schedule is designed to ensure complete preparation, with quality opposition that will enable players to perform well and contribute to the success of the team.”
The PCB announced that the women under -19 team would participate in a national T20 tournament in Karachi from 15 September to 6 October. The players who perform well will be shortlisted for a three -week skill development camp in preparation for a five -match T20I series in Bangladesh for December.
