The cricket board has also arranged several tournaments with some of the top-tier teams in the cricket world.

It is noteworthy that cricket started in Saudi Arabia in 1960 with the help of India and Pakistan. Years after its introduction, the Kingdom became an associate member of the International Cricket Council (ICC) in 2003 and then an associate member in 2016.
