Misbah mentioned Virat in the discussion
“But, it is different for every individual. It is possible that someone like Andre Russell can only hit sixes. He has his own way. Virat Kohli has a different way. So, the same thing happens as a whole team, then in the team you see how the structure is built in the team,” the 51-year-old explained on how a team should be built, citing Virat Kohli and Andre Russell as examples.

Misbah chose Travis Head and Kusal Mendis for the starting places. Instead of leaving the number three batting position for Virat, he made Babar Azam sit there. Virat Kohli is at number four in the batting order. Harry Brook and David Miller are the other two batsmen in the middle order.
