Pakistani batsman Hasan Nawaz is one of the rising faces in Pakistani cricket and despite his young age, he has expressed his hatred towards Indians in a recent interview.
The rivalry between India and Pakistan in the game of cricket is not a new thing. The two teams have been arch rivals for almost eight decades, ever since the two countries fought for their independence and then split due to religious discrimination. They are struggling diplomatically to maintain peace between the two countries and now it is beginning to affect sports as well.
The Pakistan Cricket Board has been increasingly hostile to them in recent times, and has had several clashes with India in the new international leagues, as both teams no longer play bilateral matches. Apart from the clashes on the field, both the teams have also been antagonizing each other off the field.
I hate every bowler of the Indian team – Hasan Nawaz
Pakistani cricketers in previous teams may have had on-field rivalries with Indian players which sometimes turned sour. However, despite the rivalry, they have had friendly relations on the field.
However, this has not happened in recent times, as the players have rebelled against the Indian team and both teams have ceased friendly relations between themselves, including refusing to shake hands and accepting the trophy from the PCB Chairman.

Hasan Nawaz’s record against India
The Pakistani cricketer, who was busy making bold claims, also claimed that if he gets a chance to bat against the Indian team, he would love to give it back to the world-class bowlers, who mostly include players like Jasprit Bumrah and Arshdeep Singh.
However, looking at his past history against India, he had played only one game against India in 2025 and could only score 5 runs in the Asia Cup clash between the two teams. Therefore, he has not been able to stand up to the Indian bowling attack; However, he will definitely face him in future encounters.
